We Deserve Better Time Off Policies at Panasonic

In April 2025, Panasonic changed its time off policies without our consent. Many of us are now facing unfair write-ups, lack of flexibility, and low morale.

In response to these changes, we launched a questionnaire to gather information on how the new policies are affecting us. The responses showed overwhelming concern about the negative impacts of these changes. We then decided to launch a petition urging Panasonic to improve their time off policies.

After coming together to voice our concerns, we won initial improvements to the time off policies that will make our lives a little easier. But there’s still much more that needs to be done.
